Luna Loyalty, the loyalty card for Luna Café, 44 Queen Street, Exeter EX4 3SR. Last updated 3 November 2026.

What we keep

• Your first name and email address, so we can find your card and sign you in.
• Your birth month, if you choose to give it, for a birthday treat.
• Your stamps, free drinks and the dates you visited, so the card works.
• Whether you would like occasional emails about our monthly special. This is off unless you turn it on.

If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name and email address from Google. We never see your Google password.

What we use it for

Running your loyalty card: adding stamps, giving your free drink, showing you this month's special and, if you add it, keeping your Apple Wallet card up to date. After a free drink we may ask once whether you'd like to leave a review. We never sell your details or share them with advertisers.

Who looks after it

Luna Café is responsible for your details. The app is built and run for Luna by Gatefront. Your details are stored securely with our hosting providers, Netlify and Supabase.

Your choices

You can see your details, turn emails on or off, or delete your card and everything on it at any time from the Luna tab in the app. You can also ask us in person at the café.
